Yéyo Silver Tequila
Made in the Highlands of Arandas, Jalisco from agave grown in red clay soil on a family farm. This tequila shows an exceptional balance of pepper, sweetness, and spice. They harvest only the best-aged, single estate agave, which is roasted for 72 hours, in traditional brick ovens. It is then fermented for 200 hours, double distilled in copper still pots. All that attention to detail results in a nice citrus note on nose, herbs and hearth smoke on the palate, with a clean finish.
