A twice-distilled single malt whisky. Australian malted barley is fermented with brewers’ yeast for an extra flavourful craft finish.
Solera is fully matured in carefully selected Apera casks, an Australian fortified wine that’s similar to Sherry. The traditional way they blend Solera means there’s a drop of the original cask in every bottle.
Rich and well-balanced. Jammy fruits, creme brûlée, and spice with a lingering dry finish. A rich, complex finish.
Have this sipped neat, over ice or shaken up in a classic cocktail.
