A crystal-clear Extra Anejo Tequila? How can this marvel be achieved? 100% Blue Weber Agave is distilled into a delicious tequila, then aged for 3.5 years in used bourbon and Bordeaux casks. It is then filtered a total of nine times and re-distilled, resulting in a perfectly clear, aged tequila. The palate is very smooth, but surprisingly complex, with notes of butterscotch and honey underpinned with dark oak, hints of smoke and a subtle hint of coffee.
