Jim Beam Bourbon Signature Craft Quarter Cask
The Jim Beam Signature Craft is the Kentucky distillery’s small batch range of bourbons, and for their third installment in this series they are offering one that’s aged in barrels that are 1/4th the size of regular ones. Well, technically this is a blend of regularly aged five-to-six year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and four-to-six years old quarter cask aged bourbon. Bottled at 86 proof, the result is a sweet, floral bourbon with just the right amount of heat to please all bourbon fans.
