Boxer Gin begins as a classic London Dry, inspired by a 19th-century boxer who liked to fuel up for a fight with a taste of gin. The typical profile of a London dry is enhanced with unique botanicals, allowing this gin to punch above its weight. Black juniper grown only in the Himalayas is steam distilled with bergamot skins in a separate copper still so that their original character is allowed to shine through. These two botanicals are combined with common juniper, coriander, and a slew of other carefully chosen herbs and spices compatible with the London Dry style.
