Boone County 12 Year Old Bourbon
Made to celebrate the year the first distillery was founded in Kentucky’s Boone County, the 1833 bottling is aged for an impressive 12 years for an unusually mature Bourbon. The age gives a strong note of vanilla and caramel on the nose, along with unusual hints of rosewater, with a smooth palate featuring subtly jammy cherry and spiced cereals. Winner of a gold medal from the Beverage Tasting Institute in 2017.
