Bookers “Kentucky Chew” Bourbon Batch 2018-03
Booker’s Bourbon Batch 2018-03 “Kentucky Chew” is the third Booker’s release for 2018. It’s named for Booker Noe’s signature way of tasting bourbon, he would take a sip of bourbon, work it around his mouth and then smack his lips a few times in such a way that it seemed like he was chewing on the liquid. This batch was chosen by Fred Noe, Booker’s son, who additionally employs the Kentucky Chew method when tasting bourbon. Aged for 6 years, 4 months, and 12 days, this bourbon is bottled at 126.7 proof.
