Aviation American Gin
Aviation Gin wrote the book on new world American gins when this expression was released over a decade ago, and it has remained one of the most important spirits in the craft distilling world since it first arrived on the market. Less juniper-forward than its London Dry cousins, this gin features a floral profile with a more subtle juniper and orange flavor on the palate. Lavender is the dominant flower on the nose, backed up by cardamom, coriander, anise seed and sarsaparilla. This gin is the quintessential example of the new American Dry style.
