Ardbeg ‘Drum’ Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Revel in the flavors of celebration. The Ardbeg ‘Drum’ is this year’s limited-edition committee release from Ardbeg distillery. Ardbeg is known for its unusually complex smoke flavor, and for a distillation process that results in a sweeter, peatier, complex dram beloved around the world. Each year the distillery releases a special bottle to commemorate Feis Ile, Islay’s annual festival of whiskey and music. This bottling is inspired by carnivals celebrated in more temperate islands. It begins with single malt whiskey matured in Bourbon casks, and is then finished in Caribbean rum casks. The mixture of Ardbeg’s signature peat and a rum finish is bound to be a party on the palate.
