Those values are brought to 2BAR Spirits, where locally grown grain is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in oak barrels. We do all of this with one goal in mind: make a damn fine whiskey.
This 80 proof straight bourbon whiskey has wonderful depth and is exceptionally smooth and accessible. Wonderful notes of butterscotch, vanilla and hints of that dark chocolate.
